Wait! Where are we? How did we get here?

Land, Air, Sea – Explorers Ready! GO! “LASER-GO”

We always dreamed of sailing around the globe once the kids grew up. So, where are we now? How did we get here? After just two weeks of being empty nesters in 2023, we made a bold move—packed up our home, fueled up, and set off from San Diego to Florida with only a couple of ideas and a lot of curiosity. This marked the beginning of our first-ever overlanding trip: 13,000 miles through the USA and Canada in just over three months. We now call it our “First 13K,” not knowing it was only the beginning.

Although our dream to sail around the world is still alive, we’ve found ourselves on a detour—an overlanding adventure that’s opened our eyes to new possibilities. Inspired by what we've experienced so far, we’re now considering an Alaskan tour in 2025.

You have to follow your dreams.
